Our mission is to design and manufacture high-quality ventilated bucket hats that prioritize perspiration respiration, providing individuals with the utmost comfort and protection. There are still many factors that might affect product quality, and if you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a return and refund. Generally, we will recommend a refund rather not a return, because it will generate additional shipping costs during product return.
Eligible Items for Return
Most unopened and unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Exceptions include personalized, custom-made products.
Refunds
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price for eligible returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
